公告标题：Diesel Procurement Bidding Announcement柴油采购招标公告
公告内容：
中国港湾（巴布亚新几内****公司承建的巴新**两公里六车道休闲景观大道项目，需要采购一批柴油，为保障所需物资高品质、高时效的供应，现公开进行采购。具体要求如下：
1.报价人（供方）需使用附件中的报价单模板，并严格按照（需方）报价单模板里面的内容进行报价，不得按照供方的理解改动相关内容。
2.货物的交货地点为：巴布亚新几内亚莫罗贝省****国港湾（巴布亚新几内****公司的营地。
3.供应商对产品的质量负全部责任，质量检测报告随货物一起交付给买方。
4.付款条件：无预付款，货到项目所在地验收合格后，以月为结算周期进行结算。30日内以《月度结算对账单》金额为依据，由买方向卖方支付结算金额的100%。
5.中标供应商需无条件配合需方完成供应商合规尽职调查文件，即附件3附件4和附件5（并提供以上附件中所提到的相关资料）。供应商合规尽职调查文件由需方审核通过后，才可以签订采购合同。

China Harbour Engineering (Papua New Guinea) Co., Ltd., the contractor for the DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW 6 LANE CONCRETE ROAD, FOOTPATH AND ASSOCIATEDDRAINAGE WORKS FROM THE MARKHAM/MILFORDHAVEN ROAD ROUND ABOUT THROUGH THE OLD AIRSTRIP TOMANGOLA STREET, requires the procurement of a batch of diesel. To ensure the high-quality and timely supply of the required materials, the Company is now conducting an open procurement. The specific requirements are as follows:
The bidder (supplier) shall use the quotation template in the attachment and quote strictly in accordance with the contents of the (buyer’s) quotation template. The relevant contents shall not be modified according to the supplier’s own understanding.
The delivery location shall be: the camp of China Harbour Engineering (Papua New Guinea) Co., Ltd. in Lae, Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea.
The supplier shall be fully responsible for the quality of the products, and the quality inspection shall be delivered to the buyer together with the goods.
Payment terms: No advance payment. After the goods arrive at the project site and pass acceptance, settlement shall be made on a monthly basis. Within 30 days, the buyer shall pay 100% of the settlement amount to the seller based on the amount stated in the Monthly Settlement Statement.
The winning supplier shall unconditionally cooperate with the buyer to complete the Supplier Compliance Due Diligence Documents, namely Attachment 3, Attachment 4 and Attachment 5 (and provide the relevant materials mentioned in the above attachments). The procurement contract may be signed only after the Supplier Compliance Due Diligence Documents have been reviewed and approved by the buyer.
